Benjamin D. Benedict
Attorney at Law
Benjamin D. Benedict is an Arizona native. Ben began his professional career in accounting. He received his certification from the State of Arizona as a Certified Public Accountant in 1996; the same year he was sworn in as an Attorney by the State Bar of
Arizona. Ben has practiced law exclusively for more than 25 years.
Ben enjoys representing individuals, families and their businesses in estate planning, probate, trust administration and business formation and succession planning.

Ben has been involved in serval charitable and civic organizations throughout his professional career. Ben feels a deep sense of community, and donating his time and resources to these causes is very important to him.

Ben has three children, whom he could not be more proud of. Ben enjoys cooking, reading and spending time with family.

Brianne O'Connor
Paralegal/Office Administrator
Brianne O’Connor joined the Law Firm of Benedict Legal in 2010 and has over 18 years of estate planning, probate, trust administration, and business formation experience.

Before joining Benedict Legal, Brianne worked for a small law firm in Sun City for 7 years.
​
Brianne is an Arizona native and is married with three kids. She loves spending time with her family, going to concerts, and traveling.
Kathy Latinis
Paralegal
Kathy Latinis joined the Law Firm of Benedict Legal in 2008 and has over 36 years of estate planning, probate, trust administration, and guardianship and conservatorship experience. Before joining Benedict Legal, Kathy worked for a small law firm in Sun City, Arizona for 24 years.

Kathy is a Wyoming native. She and her husband moved to Arizona in 1983. They have two children and four grandchildren. In her free time, Kathy enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and traveling with family and friends.
Lisa Moreland
Client Coordinator / DocuBank Specialist
Lisa Moreland joined the Law Firm of Benedict Legal in 2022. Lisa has been in customer service and client management for over 40 years. Prior to joining Benedict Legal, Lisa worked for a Family Law Firm as the Office Client/Staff Manager.
Lisa enjoys working with people and strives for client happiness. Her passion outside of work is family, friends, traveling, outdoor activities, paddleboarding with her grandson, yoga and meditation.
Our Fees
The legal fees charged by Benedict Legal are always fair, reasonable and competitive. It is our normal practice to quote a flat fee for estate planning, informal probate and corporate services when possible. Flat Fees are preferable to our clients as it provides cost certainty and predictability. However, some legal matters must be billed on an Hourly Fee basis and said agreement will be determined prior to retaining our Firm. Concierge Client Services is also available to those seeking additional benefits and services.

Benedict Legal does not advertise or market in the traditional sense. All of our clients are referred to us by Professional Advisors and other clients. Referrals are the life blood of our Firm and it is the highest form of praise for the services we provide.
