Our Estate Planning practice and tax planning services build a customized plan driven by our clients’ personal, ethical, and moral convictions. Each client is unique; so their plan should be as well. Estate Planning is intimate and inherently personal. The philosophy at Benedict Legal is to know and understand the values of our clients and their unique circumstances. Whether the clients’ plan is simple or complex, our services often include powers of attorney; living wills; last wills and testament; simple and complex trusts.  In addition, our plans focus on tax planning, asset protection, tax efficiency in distributions to individuals, family members and charitable organizations.

Our Probate & Trust Administration practice focuses on helping families through the difficult time after a loved one has passed away. Often times, our clients’ first experience with death of a loved one is during this process. It can be extremely emotional and sometimes complex. These are generally the worst moments in people’s lives. We are honored when our clients trust us to help navigate the legal requirements at this time in their families’ lives. While our clients are managing their various emotions, our Firm can help eliminate the stress and burden of handling the legal and financial matters after someone dies.  We take this solemn duty seriously as we help identify assets and creditors, compile tax information and eventually facilitate distributions to beneficiaries. Our legal services include the preparation of probate documents for filing as well as guiding successor trustees about their fiduciary duties and how to fulfill them.
