My parents worked with Ben for many years regarding their estate planning.  I didn't know Ben or his firm, but my Dad told me that if anything were to happen, just call Ben.  Somewhat unexpectedly, both of my parents died last year.  Shortly after the service, I contacted Ben at his firm.  My two sisters and I do not live in Arizona.  We all flew to Phoenix and met with Ben.  He assured us that he would handle both the Probate and Trust Administration process for us.  He said he knew our parents well and that he would help me ensure that their wishes were honored.  As we began the administration process, it became more complicated than we first thought.  It didn't matter!  The professional staff at Benedict Legal were very supportive and always available to assist me at every step of the way.  Now that the Probate and Trust Administration is complete, I am so grateful that my parents worked with Ben to set up their estate plan.  Their planning made his emotional and difficult process less difficult than any of us expected.  My only regret is that I can't use Benedict Legal for my personal estate planning because we live outside of Arizona.

Man, what can I say about Ben and Bri without sounding partial. I am among a big group of people that are clients of Benedict Legal. We had a situation yesterday that really

showed me how much of a personal favorite they are. My dad has had numerous strokes

and TIAs in the last year. His last one, just last week. He had decided to go with a trust and

needed to sign some paperwork. When we got there, he was too weak to go in. I can't promise the same service, but Ben and Bri, came to the car to have him sign his documents. We all are looking for great care and service and especially if we need legal help. -Scott K.
